Over a period of 16 years, Amanda Evans (Principal Consultant) has gained experience and knowledge in the food industry by working as a NSW Health Food Inspector and in the past 10 years assisting the food industry to comply with legislative requirements. She has also taught food hygiene and nutrition at TAFE over this period along with training groups in HACCP, Auditing, Risk Management, Allergen Management, ISO9001 and food safety standards.

Amanda has specialist skills and knowledge in the enforcement of food legislation and is currently the consultant Food Safety advisor the Baking Industry Association (NSW) and VIC.

Qualifications include Degree and postgraduate qualifications in Applied Science (Environmental Health), Diploma in Business (Quality Auditing), Workplace IV Training Certificate, Advanced Certificate in Hospitality and Catering, Freelance Journalism Diploma and RABQSA Certified Food Safety Auditor (14807)  To view current auditor codes please click here.
