Standard 3.2.2 (Food Safety Practices and General Requirements) of the FSANZ Food Standards Code specifies that food businesses:

Ensure persons undertaking or supervising food handling operations have skills and knowledge in food safety and hygiene matters commensurate with their work activities.

Basic food hygiene courses and HACCP program development courses are regularly held in metropolitan and regional areas throughout NSW. All courses are VETAB accredited recognised training and will enable compliance with Division 2 of Food Safety Standard 3.2.2.

Full training programs can be developed for your business on a needs basis. Training can be held on-site or at a location and time suitable to your business.
