Food Safety Level 2 - Food Safety Supervisor (Hospitality or Community Health)

 

Duration: 4 hours plus workplace assessment

You need to choose your course from the following industry sector options:

Hospitality - SITXFSA001A – Implement Food Safety Procedures - $115
This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in the Hospitality or Retail food industries. Pre-requisite SITXOHS002A – click here to enrol.

Or

Health & Community Services – HLTFS310B – Apply and Monitor Food Safety Requirements and HLTFS309B – Oversee the Day-to-Day Implementation of Food Safety in the Workplace - $180 (this is for 2 units)

This combined course is designed for all people supervising food operations in the Health & Community Services industries. (E.g. Child care, aged care, hospitals, meals on wheels etc).

On completion, successful students will receive a Statement of Attainment with the relevant nationally-recognised code.
